Baroque style

Want to revamp your living-room? Go Baroque!
For a total, flashy transformation, jazz up your walls with lilac, violet or aubergine paint. Give ceiling roses, friezes and door frames a lick of scarlet of bright fuchsia paint!

After a less radical look, but one just as trendy?
It’s all about accessorising!

In terms of fabrics (rugs, curtains, cushions or throws) use and abuse flamboyant colours: play with shades of red and orange and mix bright and soft pinks.

Flashy and Trendy Collections

The trick to the Baroque style? Accessorise your curtain tiebacks and cushion corners with beads and other trinkets!

As for lighting, liven up your old lamp with multicoloured beads and pendants. Less is more: arrange dazzling crystal candlesticks here, there and everywhere. You could even cheat a little and use stickers instead of appliqués!

All that remains for you to do then is to lay your table, taking inspiration from Cristal d’Arques Paris’ ‘Classics revisited’ range!
